How does pricing work?
Creopus offers four plans, priced in USD and charged in INR via a daily exchange rate locked at checkout.

What every plan includes (Free too):

- Formal design review workflow — reviewers, comment dispositions, baselines
- Reviewers ride free — teammates on any plan (including Free) can review, comment & view shared work
- Revision history with baseline and restore
- Follow-up prompts with AI-assisted merge
- Document and image attachments to ground AI generations
- Multi-provider AI with automatic fallback
The 24 tools: System Hierarchy, ConOps, SEMP, Requirements (ReqGen), Flowchart, Block Diagram, Interface Control Document (ICD), SWOT, Pugh Matrix, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Risk Register, DVP, RCCA, CAPA, Stage-Gate Checklist, BOM Completion, Implementation Workspace, Procurement Workspace, Build Configuration, Gerber Analysis (PCB Quote), Parts Finder, Engineering Calculators.
What paid plans add: private artifacts (Free-plan artifacts are public), daily per-tool usage instead of the Free plan's single lifetime use, and Agentic AI access.
Seats. Free and Professional are single-seat plans. Team includes 4 seats — one subscription covers up to four engineers from your company (invite your teammates and we provision their accounts under your subscription). Enterprise seat count is custom. Collaborators don't consume seats: review, comments, and viewer/editor access are ungated on every plan — an engineer on Professional can run a formal design review with a co-founder on the Free tier. A paid seat is only needed when a teammate wants their own generation limits, private artifacts, or Agentic AI.
Enterprise is quoted per engagement — custom seat count, terms, volume pricing, and invoicing are scoped with our sales team.
Agentic AI is the autonomous reasoning loop that can chain platform tools to complete multi-step engineering tasks (e.g., "audit this requirement set against IEC 61508"). Daily caps are measured in combined input + output tokens and reset at UTC midnight. The Free plan does not include agent access; upgrade to Professional or above to use it.
Remote MCP access (Team and Enterprise) lets you drive the platform's tools from any MCP-capable AI agent — Claude Code, Cursor, and others — by pointing it at https://mcp.creopus.ai/mcp with your Creopus API key as a bearer token. The agent can browse your system hierarchy and run the engineering tools directly from your editor, respecting your key's scopes and per-tool usage limits. (Local/stdio MCP, run on your own machine with your own key, is available on any plan.)
Renewal. Plans are paid up front and do not auto-renew today — you renew manually and access runs until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free-plan limits. Opt-in monthly auto-renewal (UPI Autopay) is coming soon. There are no refunds for unused time. Switching plans takes effect immediately and starts a new billing period (no proration).
Annual billing gets a 20% discount, applied as monthly × 12 × 0.8 (e.g., Professional = $470/yr instead of $588).
Payment: Zoho Payments — accepting all major credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallet payments.
Coupons: active promo codes are listed on the in-app pricing page after sign-in.
Student plan: student verification grants the Professional plan at no charge.
