What it's for​

The governing document a program office asks for — tailoring rationale, roles & IPTs, review gates, V&V approach, TPMs, risk and configuration management. A controlled document built as a section spine, where three sections carry embedded sub-tables: Roles/Responsibilities/IPTs, the Review & Gate Plan, and Technical Performance Measures.

When to use it​

At program setup and whenever the SE process or milestones change.

How it works​

  1. Generate the SEMP, or start blank and draft with the agent. → A sectioned plan appears — tailoring, roles & IPTs, review gates, V&V, TPMs, risk, CM — each section editable in place.
  2. Edit a section (one at a time); where relevant its embedded table opens. → The Roles/Responsibilities/IPTs, Review & Gate Plan, and TPM (Unit/Threshold/Target/Current) tables get per-cell inputs and an “Add row” button; a per-section “Ask” hands that section to the agent.
  3. Set Document Info, then submit for review and baseline. → Company / version / status flow into exports; the baseline locks and change-requests ride on top without mutating the approved version.
